These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Smile Xplorer ("This Platform"), including its browser-based tools, games, informational content, and third-party integrations (together, the "Services").

These Terms apply to the features that are currently available and to new features that may be added later, unless a feature has its own separate rules, in which case those rules will be shown with that feature. This Platform is a browser-based webapp. At present, it does not offer user registration, sign-in, or paid plans, and its features can be used without creating an account. Account-based features, such as sign-up, authentication, and premium subscriptions, are planned for the future. When they are introduced, these Terms will be updated, and any additional rules (for example on account security, billing, and cancellation) will be shown together with those features.

Age Requirement

The Services are intended for people who are at least 13 years old. Thirteen is not a sufficient age in every country or region. Some places set a higher minimum age for online services or require parental consent before a child's personal information is collected. If you are under the age at which you can lawfully use online services or agree to terms where you live, please use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. This Platform makes use of third-party content mainly by retrieving and displaying it through third-party APIs and interfaces. To avoid repeated requests, some features may temporarily cache data retrieved from those APIs, for example in your browser's storage. Temporary caching is a technical convenience only. It does not transfer ownership of the content, and it does not give you or This Platform any additional right to use it beyond what the original owner or API provider permits.

  • Other browser storage technologies, such as session storage or cookies, may be introduced in the future. If that happens, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect it
  • Clearing your browser data, changing devices or browsers, or using private browsing may remove this information, and browsers may also delete stored data on their own in some situations
  • This information is not backed up by This Platform, so you should keep your own copy of anything important where this is possible

If introduced, the relevant features, payment providers, and advertising partners will be identified in the applicable information provided to users. Third-party advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies subject to their own privacy practices and applicable requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, making a donation does not entitle the donor to premium features, special benefits, or ongoing support. Any applicable donation and refund conditions will be explained when the feature becomes available. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Third-Party & APIs page will be updated as necessary before the relevant features launch.

Changes to the Services

This Platform may add, change, restrict, replace, or discontinue features, content, or integrations where appropriate, including changing API providers. Updates to these Terms are described in the section on Changes to These Terms.

Your Right to Stop

You may stop using the Services at any time. There are currently no accounts to close. If account features are introduced, any option to close or delete an account will be described together with those features. Information saved in your browser can be removed through your own browser settings.

Restricting Access

Where technically possible and appropriate, This Platform may restrict or discontinue access to all or part of the Services, for example to protect the webapp, to follow the law, or in response to serious misuse.

Effect of Ending Use

If your use of the Services ends or is restricted, the parts of these Terms that are intended to continue, such as those on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limits of liability, will remain relevant to the extent permitted by law.
